Using our service, you accept the following terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.  And agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.  In case of violation, the Administration has the right to block the account of a client without payment of compensation. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our service.

  • Provides of services

1.1  Provides of services starting from the moment of receipt of payment.

1.2 DCY provides the services VPN connection on the period which ordered and paid by the client.

1.3  We do not collect any of your data.

  • Payment of services

2.1  Payment is made by transferring money to the account DCY service in under the ordered service.

2.2  Payment is made in any convenient way for the customer through the payment system listed on the site. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

  • PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The utilization of DCY servers is at your discretion, however, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

3.1  Promote or provide instructional information about terrorism or other illegal activities.

3.2  Launch DoS/DDoS attacks, attract DDoS against our DCY servers.

3.3  Rent, lease, loan, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Service without our prior written authorization.

3.4 Distribution of internet viruses, worms, trojans, or other destructive software.

3.5 Any sharing or distribution child pornography.

Note: This list is subject to changes and the definition of what we consider abuse is at our discretion.

  • SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account who commit violations of our policies and service agreements. We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these terms through your use of our Site or DCY Service.

  • Refund Policy:

Each package offered by us has its own specific refund policy.

Please inquire about the specific details and requirements for obtaining a refund.

The funds will be returned upon receipt of a client’s request by e-mail in the following form:

Reason of Refund:

  • The reason for not refunds:
  1. The administration reserves the right to deny a refund if the client is found to have violated the terms of service.
  2. Refund requests for vague reasons such as “it doesn’t work” or “not satisfied” will not be honored.

Additionally, the refund request may be declined if the client refuses to cooperate in resolving the issue or provide the necessary technical information related to the VPN service.

Orders for services classified as “spy” are non-refundable!
